The agreement between you and NexsellConnect. We've written it to be clear, fair, and actually readable — not buried in legalese.
By creating a NexsellConnect account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, team members, and any party accessing the service on behalf of a business.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree not to share access credentials with unauthorized parties. Notify us immediately at security@nexsellconnect.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.
NexsellConnect is licensed for legitimate business use only. You may use the platform to automate customer communications, capture leads, and book appointments for your business. You may not use our AI to deceive, defraud, harass, or harm any individual. Reselling or white-labeling the service without an Enterprise agreement is prohibited.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. You can cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period.
You may not use NexsellConnect to: send unsolicited mass communications (spam); impersonate any person or business; upload malware, viruses, or malicious code; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our source code; violate any applicable law; or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
NexsellConnect is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the AI will always respond perfectly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Delaware. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
Our legal team is happy to clarify anything.
